From Routine to Habit!

It's so easy to fall out of a routine. It could take less than one minute to ruin a daily routine. Whether that is working out, skipping coffee, waking up earlier the needed, making your lunch, making Saturday laundry day and the list could go on and on. You try to keep routines to make your life more organized, simplify your life, and cut cost make savings just for examples. Diets are the worst for routine. You could have a great few days in a row and then one day you slip, and then you think it's ok, "I've been really good the last few days, one day won't hurt." Next day rolls around and bam, back to routine......that would be nice if that happened most of the time. For most, I would think it's more like wake up the next day and another slip happens and your back to saying, "nah, well.....I'll just take one more day to just sit here relax and be lazy I earned it"...and there you have it you are out of routine.

Can you tell I don't have kids! ;-) Most of you would not just be sitting around. What I am now trying to learn and take into my life with structure is more of turning that routine into a habit. To where if I don't do it, I immediately have to do it! I am working on improving myself everyday. I want to make sure that when I do have a child I will have adapted to the routine so that it turns in habit. Making new habits for myself is just as important as making sure you are a good parent to your child. Your child learns from what they see, if they see good habits that you have made for yourself, "hopefully" they too will better themselves and have a general idea of how important some kind of organization in life is a good thing!

Learn to better your life to better the lives of others. -BAB

Saw this and thought it seemed to realate to what I was saying above....in some kind of way!

Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.

Friday Cheers!

Today is Friday and yesterday embarked on the US's favorite sport.....Football!! Tomorrow we tumble through the tailgates, harass friends we haven't seen since in 8 months, yell cheers and taunt the opposing teams!! Uuuuuuuuh, I love Football!!

Football has dominated the US for years, and the thing that I am starting to love is that it's really not just for men to get off on with their buddies. Women are really starting to appreciate the sport and become just as die hard fans as their partners! Living in the south it's especially noticeable. We get mad, and we get even, and what man doesn't love a woman who can talk sports with you! It's awesome, and I'm a woman saying this! Game days are just a great way to celebrate not only your team, your school but always celebrating time with friends. Every game has their domes days but it's a lot to do with what goes into a game day....the pre-events. Bonding time, it's a matter of love and respect that each others give because if you can't agree on most things it's the passion for your team you can. With that said.....

GO GEORGIA!!! See you at the DOME!

Time of Change

I have stared a new career and after reading my first and only blog I realize why! LOL!
I have started a career in Real Estate....dunndunndunndunn! Yes, I said it. Most people ask with a tilted head why? I can't give and honest straight answer, but I like houses...no, I like sales...no. So what you ask. I like being outdoors on my own time, meeting new people and I do like architect. I find it extremely fascinating! I'll try to post some information about it from time to time, but this isn't just a place for me to talk RE, it's a place for me to talk me and what's going on in this Dome of mine!

PS. I am still working at the same job I was in the previous post, that's a steady pay check!
